Join Robbinsdale Area Schools and the combined music departments from Armstrong and Cooper high schools for a special virtual performance at 7 p.m. on Sunday March 7.
Each year, students from the music departments at both high schools collaborate to mount a performance of masterworks from choral and instrumental literature at Minnesota Orchestra Hall in Minneapolis. However, this year, due to the pandemic, the schools were not able to participate in the festival. As an alternative, the Armstrong and Cooper music departments partnered with C. Scott Productions to create a virtual performance of James Mulholland’s “How Can I Keep From Singing.”
To catch the premier event, head to the district’s YouTube page at 7 p.m. on Sunday March 7. If you can’t make it for the live premier, the video will be available on the YouTube page immediately following the event.
